Nearly 15 years of experience means I have endless examples of my creative strategy and copywriting. If you don't find what you're looking for in my featured case studies, you may in browsing these samples. If you'd like the story behind one, just ask!

Home in Ohio

OhioHealth's signature fundraising event celebrated our most generous donors. I collaborated with our design team to imagine each event's theme and  produce creative tactics.

In 2018, the creative was recognized by the Columbus Society of Communicating Arts with a Creative Best Award.

This wall features locations within walking distance of the hospital (noting the number of steps) where visitors can find respite.

I produced content for several other walls in our corporate campus, including inspirational statements in shared meeting spaces, stairwells and what we called "wellness whispers" on bricks throughout the exterior.

Hello, it's Lorinda (email)

I engaged Lorinda, an internal associate many patients knew from the MyChart Support team, to be the face of our OhioHealth MyChart updates.

Most linked to a landing page with demo videos I scripted and produced, with Lorinda narrating. I kept the tone light and conversational, so Lorinda felt like a close friend keeping you in the know.

We segmented the lists to analyze performance by active and inactive users. Open rates were typically high, near 50% among active users. The videos were also a success, with most people viewing at least 75%.

Lorinda was so well received that we introduced her again when OhioHealth O'Bleness Hospital transitioned patients from a legacy system to MyChart. She helped ease the disruption by being a face and name patients could attach to the MyChart brand and look to for support.
